Jeff Mikes is a seasoned strategist and operating executive with over two decades of experience advising founders, CEOs, and investors at the forefront of digital transformation, brand experience, and agency innovation. As Senior Advisor at Bravery Group, Jeff collaborates closely with clients on both the sell-side and buy-side to craft compelling strategic narratives, unlock value through positioning and organizational clarity, and drive successful outcomes in M&A transactions across the Martech, AdTech, and digital services ecosystem.

Jeff brings deep sector fluency drawn from leadership roles inside some of the most progressive consultancies and agency platforms. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Strategy at Formula.Monks, the global digital-first organization formed by the merger of MediaMonks and MightyHive under S4 Capital, where he advised Fortune 500 clients on digital operating models and future-ready brand strategies. Notably, he served as Global Managing Director and Board Member at Zemoga, a nearshore digital transformation firm, where he led global strategy and operations. Prior to that, he held executive positions at Dimensional Innovations, a design and technology firm specializing in immersive brand experiences, and at Second Story, a pioneering experiential design studio. His career encompasses a range of disciplines, including digital strategy, organizational design, and experience-led innovation, making him a highly sought-after advisor in the evolving landscape of digital services.

Jeff’s advisory work is grounded in deep operational empathy. As a former founder and operator, he understands the complexities of scaling businesses firsthand. At Bravery Group, he focuses on strategic positioning, diligence preparation, buyer alignment, and transaction structures, with a sharp eye for value creation in sectors where data, creativity, and digital performance converge.
