Greg Schlimm is a senior transaction strategist and institutional advisor with more than two decades of experience leading complex M&A engagements and developing best-in-class processes for corporate development teams, investment banks, and financial sponsors. As a Senior Advisor to Bravery Group, Greg brings deep expertise in transaction readiness, diligence frameworks, and strategic execution.
Greg serves as Managing Director at the Transaction Advisors Institute, where he advises Fortune 500 executives and middle-market dealmakers on structuring and executing sophisticated M&A strategies. His work has helped shape the operating playbooks and acquisition programs of many of the world’s leading corporations, private equity firms, and advisory platforms.
Greg was previously the CEO of Themis Analytics, where he led the company through a 25x growth trajectory across the U.S. and Europe before successfully driving its acquisition by IQVIA. At IQVIA, he served as Commercial Lead for Orchestrated Analytics, building and scaling a global analytics platform across the U.S., U.K., and Eastern Europe, while also advising the company’s Integration Management Office (IMO) on post-acquisition optimization. His leadership at the intersection of advanced analytics, product strategy, and integration has made him a trusted partner for both acquirers and founders navigating M&A.
Earlier in his career, Greg held executive and senior operating roles at Platinum Technology, where he ultimately served as SVP, Worldwide Business Operations for a $250M global division, leading more than 300 employees across all world regions and overseeing revenue, margin, and organizational performance globally. He also held COO and CEO positions within venture-backed and early-stage technology ventures, including multiple exits.
At Bravery Group, Greg supports transaction readiness, strategic positioning, and integration planning for analytics-led service firms and data-driven agencies. His cross-border experience and deep understanding of scaling businesses across the lifecycle—from high-growth to exit—make him an invaluable advisor to Bravery clients.
Greg holds a Doctorate in Strategy and International Business from the University of Warwick – Warwick Business School, a Global Executive MBA jointly issued by the London School of Economics, HEC Paris, and NYU Stern, and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, where he concentrated in Decision Sciences and Management. He is a frequent speaker and contributor on corporate development, integration, and the strategic use of analytics in value creation.
