Bob Morris is a digital transformation strategist, agency executive, and M&A advisor with more than 25 years of experience leading growth, integration, and exit strategies across the marketing, media, analytics, and Martech ecosystem. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Bravery Group, Bob works closely with founder-led businesses, private equity sponsors, and strategic acquirers to drive premium outcomes in sell-side and buy-side engagements. His work spans the intersection of services and SaaS—advising clients with deep fluency in performance marketing, DXP, data platforms, and modern marketing infrastructure.
Before founding Bravery Group, Bob held executive leadership positions at some of the most respected digital firms in North America. He was a Senior Partner at ICF Next, where he architected new go-to-market solutions blending data, content, and technology while leading multi-practice integration following ICF’s acquisition of Olson. He previously served as Group SVP, Integration at ICF Olson, where he led post-merger solution design, retainer growth, and strategic delivery, driving one of the highest-margin operating units within the firm. Prior to its acquisition, Bob was a Founding Partner of Trade, a digital transformation advisory that led large-scale initiatives for GE Capital, Anthem, and First Data. As Founding Partner, Bob oversaw Trade’s own exit to ICF Olson.
Earlier in his career, Bob held senior leadership roles at Ogilvy, IQ, Blast Radius, and Critical Mass, where he helped shape client strategy, experience design, and cross-channel digital engagement for Fortune 100 brands including The Coca-Cola Company, Bank of America, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, and IHG. As an early pioneer in the digital agency space, Bob also served as CEO of The Inmar Group, helping define the earliest generation of full-service digital communications for global brands.
Across his career, Bob has delivered over $32B in attributable revenue growth for clients and led or advised on numerous strategic M&A transactions—both on the sell-side and the buy-side. His expertise in valuation framing, strategic positioning, and industry-specific buyer mapping makes him a trusted advisor to agency founders and investors seeking to navigate complex digital ecosystems and maximize enterprise value.
